To be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate, you must obtain a referral from a GP or Psychiatrist. You can access up to 10 sessions per calendar year under this plan, with a rebate of up to $141.85 per session.

The initial session is 60 minutes. Follow up sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

As a privately-run clinic, we are unable to provide bulk-billing. Unfortunately, bulk-billing is not financially sustainable for maintaining our services and continuing to support the community. However, you can still receive partial coverage through Medicare, private health insurance, or NDIS.
-
A GP referral is not required to book an appointment. However, please note that without a referral, you will not be eligible for Medicare rebates. You may still qualify for a rebate through your private health insurance, depending on your coverage.
-
This depends on your individual cover, please check with your health fund directly. Note that if you claim Medicare rebates for a session, you cannot also claim reimbursement from your health fund for the same session(s).

I understand that life can get in the way, making it challenging to attend a scheduled session. However, when a session is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed, it means someone else misses out too. To be fair to everyone, I have a strict cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee (full session cost)Unfortunately, the cancellation fee is not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out via email, text, or phone.

That’s a tough question to answer without knowing more about your specific situation. It really depends on your unique concerns, how long you’ve been dealing with them, and how comfortable you are practicing the strategies we’ll discuss. But don’t worry, we’ll talk about this at the end of your first session.
Some people find short-term support (6-10 sessions) works well for mild-to-moderate issues, while others may need longer for more complex concerns. We’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.
